For the past five years, I’ve been designing experiences in the finance sector — tackling questions like: how can we ease financial anxiety and uncertainty? How can we help people build lasting financial confidence and success? Prior to that, I spent a decade in entertainment UX, exploring entirely different challenges—how we watch movies, shows, and sports, and how our emotional connection to them evolves over time.
Across both worlds, I’ve realized my strength isn’t tied to any single industry. At my core, I’m driven by a deep curiosity about people — their motivations, emotions, and unmet needs — and by the desire to design experiences that resonates with them at a deeper, subconscious level.
